For sale is an early, RARE, mod, rich brown leather with an envelope snap top closure, satchel style Gucci shoulder purse with lots of compartments, bold gold hardware, including a bold GG at the snap closure, and an unusual strap! It is a unique, 1960's, mod style from Gucci that would be great as your signature, brown purse!
The bag is the perfect top handle, early satchel satchel shoulder purse by Gucci that no one else will have! The purse is made of buttery soft, rich brown leather with bold gold tone accents! It is a larger size and has an envelope style flap top and snap closure with a 'GG' shape. It has a true 1960's Gucci mod look! It has a pocket on the back of the exterior, too.
This purse makes a great of space! On the interior, there are three large compartments, each with multiple pouches and pockets. It is lined in brown leather and is extremely clean. The purse predates ation numbers the way we see them now, but is marked with Gucci's, early gold stamped emblem embossed on the back and looks like it may have once had a number on the interior, front compartment that has since faded. It has been ated by a third party expert, though, so buy with confidence!
The bag has minimal wear to the exterior and the lining is very clean! In my opinion, it looks amazing for its age of almost 50 years old! Somebody took fabulous care of it and treated it with kid gloves so now you can enjoy it for another 50 years! I have the similar style purses from the '1973 line' Gucci recently re-released for sale in other ads in blue with the small G logo print, brown leather, black leather, and navy leather.

This is a true find! Please note bag is and there are minor signs of - see pictures. The buttery soft leather may have shallow, minor scratches inareas that a good cleaning/polishing may remedy and shallow scratches/ loss of finish to the gold hardware in areas. You will be the only person with this rare gem from Gucci! You could dress it up or wear it with jeans and it would look great! This is the only brown purse you will need! DON'T MISS OUT!
