Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards or promotional items
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at Elitebagstore1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Securely package your item and include the RAN inside the parcel.

Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless:

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong product

There was a fulfillment error on our part
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Funds will be issued to your original method of payment

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
